At Ouachita Multi-Purpose Community Action Program (OMCAP, Inc), we believe access to nutritious food is essential to overall health and well-being. Our Nutrition Services Program helps support low-income individuals and families by providing reliable food assistance during times of need.

USDA Commodity Foods Distribution

OMCAP participates in the USDA Commodity Foods program to help ensure families have access to wholesome food options.

Through this program, we provide a monthly distribution of selected food items to eligible households. These items are supplied through our partnership with the NELA Food Bank, helping to strengthen food security across our community.
