Emergency Support Services Available

Based on your individual circumstances and documented hardship, OMCAP may be able to assist with:

• Share the Warmth (utility-related assistance)

• Emergency Needs Assistance

• Rent or Mortgage Assistance

• Pharmacy Assistance

• Food Vouchers

Each case is reviewed individually to ensure assistance is provided where it is needed most.

How to Apply for Emergency Assistance

To begin the process:

1. Contact the OMCAP Central Office to schedule an appointment

2. Meet with a case manager who will review your situation

3. Provide the required documentation requested by your case manager

4. Eligibility and assistance are determined based on your hardship and available resources
